Bonny joined CWH in 1992 and has built over three decades of experience within the company, progressing from receptionist to an experienced surveyor. She has developed extensive expertise in managing household removal and commercial claims from start to finish.
Her role involves conducting on-site surveys, assessing the cost-effectiveness of restoration or additional work, appointing specialists, compiling detailed reports, and negotiating final settlements. Bonny specialises in household goods claims—including door-to-door and store-to-door removals—as well as commercial and self-storage claims involving damage, fire, flood, and infestation.
Over the years, she has handled a wide variety of cases, from high-value and complex losses to contentious and large-scale fire and flood claims, earning a reputation for her thoroughness and professionalism.
Bonny continues to play a key role in ensuring claims are managed efficiently and fairly. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her grandson play rugby, and eating out.
