Emma Clarke

Emma is a Claims Handler at CWH, bringing over a decade of industry experience to her role. Before joining the team, she spent more than four years as a Household Goods Specialist with an insurance company, followed by a year and a half as a Resource Analyst. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in both technical insurance knowledge and customer service.

Specialising in marine cargo, freight liability, and CMR claims, Emma is recognised for her professional, organised, and client-focused approach. She combines technical expertise with empathy and precision, ensuring that each case is managed efficiently and with confidence.

Emma holds a Certificate of Insurance. 

Outside of work, she enjoys walking and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Emma is based in our Ipswich office.
