Jenna has over 20 years of industry experience and joined CWH in July 2014.
Her responsibilities include managing emails, handling calls, and maintaining accurate filing systems. Jenna has also supported the team during complex warehouse fire cases involving the loss of personal household effects, demonstrating her ability to assist both sensitively and efficiently.
Known for her friendly and professional manner, she helps clients by directing them to the appropriate contacts and ensuring smooth communication throughout the claims process. Jenna is currently Secretary to Bob Hungate and serves as a reliable point of contact for both clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her two young sons, often watching her eldest play cricket on weekends.
Jenna is based in our Dartford office.
