Mary Ross

Mary joined CWH in October 2017 as a Secretary and quickly progressed to become PA to a Partner. Over time, her role expanded significantly to include conducting Warehouse Site Surveys across the UK, Ireland, Italy and Amsterdam. She also assists in managing complex warehouse claims involving multiple parties and plays a key role in the operational running of the Dartford office, liaising with IT suppliers to ensure systems run smoothly.  

With a background as a PA and Event Organiser at one of the UK’s top six accountancy firms, Mary brings a wealth of organisational and communication skills to her role. She is known for her friendly and adaptable approach to client work, and her ability to handle claims efficiently and effectively.

Mary enjoys travelling the globe and attending the theatre, and she values learning and adapting to new challenges, something that continues to set her apart in her evolving role.

Mary is based in our Dartford office.
