Tamsin Barnard

Tamsin joined CWH in July 2021 as an Administrative Assistant and has since progressed to managing her own portfolio of cases as a Claims Handler. With four years of industry experience, she brings a solid legal and administrative background to her role.

Before joining CWH, Tamsin worked as a paralegal at an employment law firm, where she honed her skills in legal analysis, documentation, and case management. She also gained valuable client service and organisational experience as a receptionist at a business centre. These positions helped develop the professionalism, precision, and attention to detail that now underpin her approach to handling freight liability claims.

Tamsin adopts a methodical and detail-oriented approach to her work, meticulously reviewing documentation, regulations, and evidence to ensure accurate liability assessments and fair claim resolutions. She communicates proactively with clients, carriers, and insurers, combining technical accuracy with empathy to deliver clear, efficient, and professional outcomes.

Outside of work, Tamsin enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, spending time with her partner, friends, and family, and travelling to London to see musicals in the West End.

Tamsin is based in our Ipswich office.
