Alison White

The latest member to join our expanding CWH team, Alison is our Senior Claims Handler, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in the marine cargo and freight liability sector of the insurance industry. Based in the Manchester market and proudly from the Northwest, Alison has built a strong career working with several leading insurers. Her experience spans a wide range of roles, from Claims Handler through to senior leadership positions, where she has overseen areas such as subrogation, vendor management, claims training and audit.

Alison specialises in UK and European Road Transit and Freight Forwarders liability, as well as Marine Cargo claims. She is known for her clear and methodical approach, focusing on cutting through complex situations to identify the key elements of a claim, including the circumstances, contractual liability and policy coverage.

Outside of work, Alison speaks German to a good standard and has a creative side as an aspiring artist. She is also a keen Formula One enthusiast.
